Calidus LLC is looking for a Senior Quality Engineer with Aircraft Experience resposible to Led a comprehensive project aimed at enhancing the quality assurance systems for a major Aircraft manufacturer. The project focused on improving regulatory compliance, safety management, and operational efficiency.
Experience :
- Aircraft level – development, tests, fabrication (OEM’s on-site, and outsourced with Suppliers).
- Achieved during multiple aeronautical programs developing prototype aircrafts.
- Strong interface with Airworthiness Authorities (EASA / ANAC/ FAA) or military authorities based on regulations EMAR / RBAC / FAR.
- Desirable: previous experience as Airworthiness Authority representative for Part 21 (aircraft development and fabrication), conducting activities on behalf of the authority as post-holder (e.g. DMIR, RCE, RCF).
Qualification :
Bachelor’s Degree on Aeronautical / Mechanical engineering.
- Experience: +15 years in quality related to aeronautical area on aircraft level, and aeronautical systems level.
- Languages: fluent English (Level CEFR C1 or equivalent).
- Expertise on aircraft systems (e.g. Fuel, LG, Hydraulic, AMS, Flight Controls, Escape System, etc.)
- Desirable: experience at flight test processes, prototypes continuing airworthiness, conformity acc. FAR 21.33 / EASA 21.A.33, and aeronautical Type Certification.
Bachelor’s Degree on Electrical / Electronic engineering.
- Experience: +15 years in quality related to aeronautical area on aircraft level, and aeronautical systems level.
- Languages: fluent English (Level CEFR C1 or equivalent).
- Expertise on aircraft systems (e.g. SW, EWIS, Avionic, Communications, Electrical, Navigation, etc.)
- Subject Matter Expert for airborne software: DO-178, development, certification, verification, validation, etc.
- Desirable: experience at flight test processes, prototypes continuing airworthiness, conformity acc. FAR 21.33 / EASA 21.A.33, and aeronautical Type Certification.
